Mr. Verich provides area expertise for Intercontinental Commerce Corporation (ICC), a company providing investment, financing and project development services. His role in ICC includes Business/financial advisory and daily management for investment projects in the C.I.S. and other emerging markets. With ICC, Mr. Verich participates in overseas project financing responsible for the quality of project deliverables and documentation including analysis for business needs and requirements for the projects. He also builds relationships with international governments, business and banking institutions. Some projects included the development of a $3.2 Billion infrastructure project in a major Middle Eastern country, real estate property development for a residential and business tower project in Kazakhstan, and various other projects within the C.I.S.
Other Professional Experience:
Mr. Verich has also been engaged on Capitol Hill due to his expertise on Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Achievements included overseeing the establishment of a bicameral caucus in the U.S. Congress, facilitated negotiations for numerous foreign delegations with the U.N. General Secretary, NSC and State Department. Mr. Verich’s comments have been published in numerous newspapers including the New York Times and Financial Times. He also made regular television appearances on Voice of America.
Long time connected to Ukraine, Mr. Verich launched his first business venture in Kharkiv, to provide IT outsourcing and software development services for U.S. based clients from 1999 - 2004. Mr. Verich also served as an Infantry Officer for the United States Army from 1995 – 1999 and earned a Certificate in Russian Language from Kharkiv State University in 1992.
