Dorian B. Foyil
President and Chief Investment Officer

Outstanding stock selection sharpened by years of investment experience characterize Dorian Foyil’s career as a portfolio manager and investment analyst. As a London-based analyst for UBS Securities, he was Number One rated in the 1990 Extel Survey.

During his subsequent five-year tenure with the Franklin-Templeton Investment Management firm, he had direct portfolio responsibility for some $800m in global and emerging market mutual funds and institutional pension assets.

Foyil Asset Management was established in 1996 by Dorian B. Foyil who serves as the company’s President and Chief Investment Officer. He has been active in the investment management industry for more than 16 years.
He has served as President of the Bahamas Society of Financial Analysts and was appointed by the Prime Minister to serve on The Bahamas Securities Market Task Force, which was a private sector group which developed The Bahamas's first Mutual Fund legislation and later advised the government on the establishment of The Bahamas International Stock Exchange.

Mr. Foyil holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Temple University.

Dmitry Moshkalo
Deputy General Director/Portfolio Manager

Dmitry has an expertise in the Ukrainian financial industry and is experienced in managing large financial services organizations. Dmitriy worked as a CFO and the first deputy of CEO of “Oranta” – the largest Ukrainian retail risk insurance company.  He joined ‘Oranta’ after substantial experience at the investment banking division of ‘Interpipe” financial industrial group, specializing in M&A and professional project management for various industries. Dmitriy started his carrier with Commerzbank AG as a project manager assistant in 1994, and than as an industry analyst he joined “Wood&Company” – Central/Eastern Europe investment banking boutique.

Dmytry graduated from Kyiv University of Economics where he received an MBA in International Business in 1996.

Mr. Alexander Sandul
General Director of Foyil Securities

Alexander Sandul is one of the architects of Foyil’s new strategy, which is aimed at providing the full range of investment services not only to foreign institutional clients, but also to domestic investors. Since 2003, Mr. Sandul has been one of the leading experts of the Foyil Securities team.

Before his appointment as the company’s general director in June 2006, Mr. Sandul held an executive post in the company’s highly acclaimed analytical department, supervising questions of the investment strategy formation and analyzing companies in the steel and telecommunication sectors.

Mr. Sandul earned his MBA degree at Texas A&M University (United States). Before joining Foyil, Mr. Sandul worked in the financial departments of such giants as Morgan Stanley (United States), Starbucks International (United States) and Soyuz Victan (Ukraine).

Iryna Pidreza
General Director

Iryna joined Foyil Asset Management Ukraine team after substantial experience in Ukrainian securities market as an Equity Research Sales Executive at Foyil Securities – brokerage department of Foyil. She specialized in sales of Ukrainian first and second tier stocks to foreign high net worth individuals and institutions.

Iryna is a 2005 MBA graduate from Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Leipzig, Germany.
