Dr. Sean Thomas Regan, CCE, CEP is the Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Representative Manager for IMTC-MEI of Houston Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crown Enterprises of White Castle, LA. IMTC-MEI is a new division focused on Capital Construction in the Domestic US and International Markets. The European Headquarters is in Bratislava, Slovak Republic with a representative office established in Kyiv Ukraine in May 2008. Having successfully completed projects in Lithuania, IMTC-MEI made a conscious decision to move into Ukraine to support the Capital Construction Market. After attending the EBRD Economic Forum, IMTC-MEI assigned Dr. Regan to Ukraine based on his experience in Ukraine, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia and Kazakstan, as well as his existing Ukrainian staff that have worked with him in 6 countries for 8 years.
Dr. Regan has worked in the field of Project Management and Project Controls for over 25 years. He started his career working for his father Ron in commercial and residential construction in California. After completing his BS in Construction Management from Long Beach State he worked for Bechtel for 13 years in the US, Saudi Arabia twice, Kazakstan, London, and Ukraine, while completing his Masters from Central Michigan and Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Columbus University. He then commenced work with firms such as Nevada Power, KBR-Halliburton, Parsons and Conoco-Phillips before joining IMTC-MEI as Sr. Project Services Manager for Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
With experience in refineries, power, telecommunications, environmental, airports and infrastructure, Dr. Regan and his team can address many of the opportunities and needs in Ukraine.
Dr. Regan is married; his wife Olena was born in Simferopal Ukraine and grew up in Slavuytch Ukraine. Olena recently received her US Citizenship in May 2008. They have lived in Ukraine, Russia, and have a primary residence in Henderson NV United States. They have two sons Brian (Born in Kyiv) and Aidan (Born in Las Vegas). Dr. Regan also has a son Brendan (attending Green Mountain College VT), Corey (High School in Henderson NV) and Devin (Middle School in Henderson NV).
