JOINS U.S.-UKRAINE BUSINESS COUNCIL (USUBC)

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine
Business Council (USUBC) is pleased to announce, on behalf of the
entire membership, that Intercontinental Commerce Corporation (ICC)
Rockville, Maryland, has been approved as USUBC member number
seventy-five.
Intercontinental Commerce Corporation (ICC) operates as an investor,
financier and international financial management firm specialising in
international project development and export finance.
ICC invests, finances, develops, manages, and operates any project
worldwide on direct ownership or partial participation. They are a
small, specialized firm with 12 employees. E. J. Miller founded ICC
several years ago and serves as president. He is originally from Baku,
Azerbaijan.
Andy Verich is a project analyst with ICC. He spent a few years
working in Kharkiv, Ukraine in the 1990's. His wife is from Ukraine.
Andy will be making a business trip for ICC to Ukraine at the end of
May.
Some of the projects ICC has been involved on over the past
few years include:
1. Sky Gate ® Worldwide! The Eighth Wonder of the World --
2. Alma Center, Almaty, Kazakhstan
3. IV Medical Solutions Plant - Naro Fominsk, Russia --
The Sphera Foundation Company currently has a site under agreement
for purchase, to be financed by ICC for $35 million USD.
4. CATS Monorail/LRT System - Cairo, Egypt --
ICC is financing a monorail or LRT to link Cairo with the Pyramids
and 6 October City in Giza. The project is estimate to total US $3.2
billion.
5. LRT mass transit system in Astana, Kazakhstan --
ICC has been mandated by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan to develop
and finance an LRT mass transit system in the city of Astana, the capital
of Kazakhstan
6. Almaty Metro Municipal Corporation --
AMMC is a special purpose corporation. AMMC has an agreement with
the City of Almaty to develop and finance a public transportation system
in the City of Almaty.
7. Park Place Moscow - Moscow, Russia --
ICC provided financing for US $400 million, negotiated management
contract, supervised purchases and export shipments from the United
States, Turkey, and Germany. Park Place Moscow is a multi-functional
real estate project consisting of residential and office towers. Located
just 14 km from the Moscow's center.
8. Okan Hotel - Astana, Kazakhstan --
Financed for $60 million, a modern world class hotel located in
Astana's city center near government, business & commercial districts.
9. Belize Island Project --
A real estate development project located on North Ambergis Caye.
Combines Hotel resorts, golfing and Caribbean villa residences.
10. Hotel Sheraton - Tashkent, Uzbekistan --
The Sheraton Tashkent Hotel was financed by ICC for $64 million
and built in 1997.

Intercontinental Commerce Corporation is the 75th member for USUBC,
23rd new member for 2008, and the 53rd new member since January of 2007.
USUBC membership has more than tripled in the past 17 months, going from
22 members in January of 2007 to 75 members in May of 2008.

law firm, Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, Dipol Chemical International,
MJA Asset Management, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Halliburton,
