UKRAINE'S STATE PROPERTY FUND (SPF) DECIDES TO
SELL STATE'S STAKE IN AEROSVIT AIRLINES

KYIV - The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced this morning, in the Privatization Vidomosti newspaper, that it will privatize the 22.39% stake it holds in airline Aerosvit. The company was established in 1994. In 2008 it transported 2.5 mln people on 30 ths flights. Its fleet includes 14 Boeing 737s and three 767s.
