RAKOTIS LLC JOINS U.S.-UKRAINE BUSINESS COUNCIL (USUBC)
General purpose supplier of military, aviation and industrial parts

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine 
Business Council (USUBC) is pleased to announce, on behalf of the entire
membership, that Rakotis LLC, Washington, D.C., has been approved
for membership in USUBC.

Rakotis LLC is a general purpose supplier of military, aviation and
industrial spare parts to governments around the world.  Rakotis is run
under the leadership of Brendan Alexander, founder and chief executive
officer.

Brendan is working to expand the Rakotis business operations to include
Ukraine with special attention to serving the need in Ukraine for
agriculture equipment and spare parts.  The major countries where Rakotis
has worked previously are Canada, South Korea, Brazil and Pakistan.

Brendan has become interested in Ukraine as a place to do business through
being President of the Business Relations Committee of the Arlington (VA)
Sister City Association.  Arlington is developing a sister-city relationship
with Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.

in January of 2007 to 73 members in April of 2008.
