EPAPUkraine has advised Intersystems Holdings Inc. ("Intersystems")in connection with obtaining merger clearance with the Antimonopoly Committeeof Ukraine for the acquisition of Intersystems by AGCO. The acquisition willexpand AGCO’s grain handling and storage business in the fast growing off-farmsegment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transactionwas closed on August 1, 2014.
