EPAP Ukrainehas assisted one of the world's largest healthcare companies with mergercontrol issues arising from its acquisition of a CIS-based pharmaceuticalcompany.
The firm’steam advised on all competition law aspects of the transaction, includingfiling to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and obtaining merger clearance.
