Asters provided legal advice on the Ukrainian law matters regarding memorandum on the anticipated reverse gas supply to Ukraine from the Slovak Republic signed between Eustream, a.s. and PJSC Ukrtransgaz.
Asters' working team included Senior Partner Armen Khachaturyan and Senior AssociateYaroslav Petrov.
"Cooperation between Slovakia and Ukraine on the reverse gas supply to Ukraine is extremely important for Ukraine under the current complex political and economic circumstances and we take it as a great honour to assist on this matter", comments Armen Khachaturyan.
