On 23 April 2014, the Cabinet ofMinisters of Ukraine adopted the Resolution* which establishes the exhaustivelist of medical goods subject to 7% VAT.
The Resolution comes into force from the date of its official publication,which is expected to be on 30 April 2014, and remains in effect until 1 July2014. We anticipate that before this date a new list of medical goods will beapproved.
