YOU ARE INVITED to attend the annual business meeting of the members of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) being held in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by a light reception. The USUBC annual meeting will be held in the board room of Eli Lilly & Company, 555 12th Street, N.W., Suite 650, Washington, D.C..

Each USUBC member has one vote at the annual business meeting. USUBC members who are not able to have their official USUBC board of directors member or another officially designated voting representative at the annual meeting will be able to vote by proxy. Proxy ballots will be sent out next Monday. Members are encouraged to be represented at the annual business meeting and can have more than one person attend the annual business meeting.

MEMBERSHIP GROWTH: USUBC membership in December 2004 was eight, December 2005 it was 23, December of 2008 membership reached 100, in December of 2010 the membership was 150 and in December of 2011 the membership is over 175.....a new record for USUBC membership.....membership should reach 200 by December of 2012.
