YOU ARE INVITED TO A RECEPTION at the Embassy of Ukraine to the USA in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, July 19th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is bringing a team of Ukraine's emergency management, airport and event security experts to the USA. Come meet the Ukrainian Minister of Emergencies Viktor Baloha and the entire Ukrainian delegation and find out about their proposals for Ukraine’s 112 system (much like 911), and other issues related to when Ukraine hosts the European Soccer championships, together with Poland in June 2012 (EURO-2012).

The delegation will include representatives from the EURO-2012 Agency (which is responsible for ensuring the infrastructure including security at stadiums and airports is ready for the soccer tournament), the Ministry of Health, and the airports of Kyiv, Kharkiv and Donetsk and other Ukrainian organizations involved in emergency management.

The Reception on Tuesday, July 19th, for the Ukrainian Emergency Management delegation is being sponsored by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) in cooperation and with the Embassy of Ukraine to the USA.
