 Thursday, December 9th, 2010, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. THE ANNUAL MEETING of the members of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will be held in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, December 9th, 2010 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. followed by a wine and cheese reception. The USUBC annual meeting will be held in the board room at the offices of the Baker & McKenzie law firm, 815 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. Each USUBC member has one vote at the annual meeting. Members who are not able to have their designated board member or another designated representative in person at the annual meeting in Washington, D.C. will be able to vote by proxy via e-mail or fax.
