Wednesday, December 14th, 2011, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Washington, D.C. THE ANNUAL MEETING of the members of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will be held in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, December 14th, 2011, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. followed by a wine and cheese reception. The USUBC annual meeting will be held in downtown Washington, D.C. Each USUBC member has one vote at the annual meeting. Members who are not able to have their designated board member or another designated representative in person at the annual meeting in Washington, D.C. on December 14th will be able to vote by proxy via e-mail or fax.
