We are honored to introduce to you Mr. Vladyslav Kaskiv, Head of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine and Mr. Igor Zhovka, Director of FDI and International CooperationDepartment for today’s opening addresses

Mr. Kaskiv in December 2010 was appointed as the Head of the National Agency for
Foreign Investment and National Projects of Ukraine.
Since August 2010 occupies the position of the Head of the “National Projects” Working Group in the Committee on Economic Reforms.
In 2007, became a Member of Parliament of Ukraine, Head of Sub-Committee on Investment.
September 27, 2010 – joined the Committee on Economic Reforms.
Since December 2010 – Head of reforms section “Implementation of National Projects”. Mr. Kaskiv is also a non-paid Advisor to the Minister of fuel and energy.
In 2005-2006 Mr. Kaskiv worked as an advisor to the President of Ukraine. Vladyslav Kaskiv graduated from Kyiv National Pedagogical University (the Department of History) and National Academy of the President of Ukraine (the Department of Public Administration).
