WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine
Business Council (USUBC), on behalf of the entire membership, is most
pleased to announce that Asters law firm has been approved for USUBC
membership. Asters is USUBC member number 82.

Asters was established in Kyiv, Ukraine in 1995 by two partners - Igor
Shevchenko and Oleksiy Didkovskiy - and bore their names for 12 years,
Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners.

Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners announced on February 21, 2008 that
it changed its name to Asters. Asters is derived from Greek and Latin notion
of "stars".

Today, with 9 partners, more than 70 lawyers and 110 employees, Asters
is one of the largest Ukrainian law firms.

USUBC has been working with Managing Partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy and
Senior Partner Armen Khachaturyan, who will represent Asters on the
USUBC board of directors.

ASTERS & UKRAINIAN AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION

Asters has established an affiliation with The Ukrainian American Bar
Association (UABA), a U.S. entity. UABA is a member of USUBC.
Andrew Pidgirsky serves as chairman of the UABA Board of Governors,
and is a member of the USUBC executive committee.

Asters is the 82nd member for USUBC, the 30th new member for 2008, and
the 60th new member since January of 2007. USUBC membership has more
than tripled in the past 18 months, going from 22 members in January
of 2007 to 82 members in June of 2008.
