CRUMPTON GROUP JOINS USUBC, NUMBER 70

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine
Business Council (USUBC), on behalf of the entire membership, is most
pleased to announce that the Crumpton Group (CG) has been approved
for USUBC membership.

The Crumpton Group (CG) provides strategic advisory services for
companies investing in international markets, particularly emerging and
frontier markets. One of CG's main areas of focus is Ukraine.

The Crumpton Group's aim is to enable its elite business clientele create
opportunity and generate revenue by providing them with access, influence,
and over-the-horizon analytic foresight.

Allied with the law firm Akin Gump and the communications company
Public Strategies, CG brings a comprehensive approach to managing global
risk and opportunity, enabling clients to prepare for, and make the most of,
new business prospects as they arise.

CG has offices in Washington, D.C. and Warsaw, Poland.

CRUMPTON GROUP SENIOR EXECUTIVES

CG's unique strength is the composition of its partnership, whose members
are drawn from the senior executive ranks of the US Intelligence Community.

The Hon. Henry A. Crumpton is the President of the Crumpton Group. 
With the rank of Ambassador-at-Large, he was the Coordinator for
Counterterrorism at the US Department of State from August 2005 until
February 2007. Working directly for the Secretary of State, he developed,
coordinated, and implemented US counterterrorism policy.

Paul R. Zalucky is one of CG's founding Partners.  Mr. Zalucky brings the
strategic focus and in-depth geopolitical knowledge gained during 25 years
of experience as an Operations and Executive officer leading and directing
overseas operations for the Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Zalucky lived
and worked in Kiev in the early 2000s. He is currently managing CG's
European office in Warsaw.

USUBC MEMBERSHIP NOW TOTALS SEVENTY -----

The Crumpton Group is the 70th member for USUBC, the 18th new member
for 2008, and the 48th new member since January of 2007. The USUBC
membership has more than tripled in the past 16 months, from 22 members
in January of 2007 to 70 members in April of 2008.
