“We were the first Ukrainian law firm that announced implementation of its own systematic regional policy by opening fully functioning office in the Western region of Ukraine. The success of Arzinger West Ukrainian Branch stimulated the establishment of the second Arzinger’s regional office in Odessa. During 5 years of our presence in Western Ukraine, we have carried out a great number of complex projects almost in all its regions. This work confirmed the correctness of our decision. We are proud that we have managed to bring together under the Arzinger brand the best lawyers in the region.

Markian’s promotion represents recognition of Arzinger West Ukrainian Branch’s success and strengthening of our positions for further development in the region. Ambitious goals are set before Markian in terms of further development of Arzinger’s business operation in Western Ukraine and increasing its market share, as well as further strengthening of alternative dispute resolution practice in the firm.

The current step is very important and significant for other employees of our firm as it confirms soundness of the personnel development policy chosen by Arzinger. The policy declares equal opportunities for promotion of all loyal and efficient workers as well as possibility to be in one row with partners - founders of the company.”

“I am honored to join the Arzinger partnership and I am grateful to partners for their confidence in me. We are very lucky to have an opportunity to work with a team of professionals who, in addition to their profound knowledge in the field of law, understand the local market with its mentality and the specifics of doing business here, and have experience in working in international business.
