Please be informed, that the Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. announces preliminary unaudited results for the year 2015:
- Consolidated revenues were EUR 313 million
- Gross profit was 135 million
- EBITDA amounted EUR 125 million
- Net debt was EUR 174 million
Audited consolidated annual report for 2015 will be published in due course on March 29, 2016.
