On Tue, May 15, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang team in Kyiv held forth session within CMS HR Academy Initiative with support of Kyiv office of USUBC, which was devoted to significant topic for every employer today, namely “Employer’s Brand: creating true value”.
Anna Podgorna, a recognized international expert in human resources management with 18 years of experience, elucidated about formation of a value proposition, its main building blocks and attributes and key principles of its development. Moreover, every attendee was a part of an experiment, creating a brand new value proposition for a new company.
The lecture was educational and interactive at once. To put our meeting discussion into a few words - “Win by making your brand reflect the true value”.
