HORIZON CAPITAL BUYS CONTROLLING STAKE IN MOLDOVA'S BOSTAVAN WINERIES GROUP FOR USD 15 MILLION

KYIV- Horizon Capital equity investment company acquired a controlling stake in Bostavan Wineries Group, a group of Moldovan winery companies, for USD 15 million, reads a statement made by Horizon Capital. "Horizon Capital announces acquisition of a controlling stake in Bostavan Wineries Group for fifteen million dollars," the equity firm has announced.

Bostavan Wineries Group is the leader among the Moldovan winemakers. This group is state-of-the-art outfit and runs more the 800 hectares of young vineyards. Moreover, Bostavan Wineries Group owns one of the most famous Moldovan wine brands Rosu de Purcari and Negru de Purcari.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Horizon Capital acquired a minor shareholding of the Agro-Soyuz agri-industrial corporation (Dnipropetrovsk).
