The President of Ukraine has enacted a list of persons falling under special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)

On 16 September 2015 the Presidentof Ukraine disclosed a list of persons falling under special economic and otherrestrictive measures (sanctions), adopted by the National Security and DefenceCouncil of Ukraine*. The list of persons includes both individuals and legalentities.
The special sanctions are established for the term of 1 (one) year. The type ofsanctions depend on the specific person and may include, prohibition to enterinto Ukraine, blocking of assets, restriction of trade transactions, etc.
