KYIV - Baker & McKenzie announced today that it acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to the global private equity fund Advent International on its investment in ISIDA, one of Ukraine's leading and most reputable healthcare facilities, by acquiring a controlling stake in the company.
 
Advent International is one of the world's largest and most experienced private equity firms and the only global player with an office and team in Ukraine.
 
Founded in 1994, ISIDA is a premium healthcare facility that has been offering high quality gynecology, maternity and pediatric care services, as well as world class infertility treatment and genetic research all under one roof.
