Themission of this legal reform program still stands, declared during therelease of the first edition of the White Paper: it is time for Ukraine tobuild a brand new modern, fair and civilized service-based legal and governancesystem for its citizens and businesses. This mission requires asystematic and strategic approach, which USUBC continues to promote in thesecond edition of the White Paper.
Atthis time, law members of USUBC have analyzed the achievements andfailures of the new Parliament and the new Government, and have shared ouradvice on the course of reforms for 21 sectors of the legal and governancesystem.
WE AREPLEASED TO INVITE YOU to the half-day conference on 30October at Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) to discuss the second edition ofthe White Paper and the proposed reforms. This will be a half-dayconference, starting with Welcome Coffee at 8:15 AM, followed by the workshopfrom 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM, ending with the networking lunch at 2:15 PM.
