ASTERS ADVISES NAFTOGAZ GROUP ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 33 MW SOLAR POWER PLANT IN ZHYTOMYR REGION

Asters acted as a legal counsel to Naftogaz Energoservice, a subsidiary of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine (the largest oil and gas company of Ukraine) in connection with the construction of a 33 MW solar power plant in the town of Chudniv (Zhytomyr region, Ukraine).
The solar power plant in Chudniv was commissioned in September 2020. The latest technological solutions and highly efficient equipment from the world's leading manufacturers were used in its construction. It is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by at least 880,000 tons as a result of the plant's operation.
Asters team drafted and negotiated the framework agreement, as well as EPC and supply agreements. Asters' project team included Partner Yaroslav Petrov, Counsel Anzhelika Livitska and Associate Olena Sichkovska.
