The company is currently developing new branches focused on the activities of transport and application of liquid ammonia for farms of all sizes across the country. Also included in the agreement are 30 Case IH Nutri-Tiller 955 applicators, allowing liquid fertilizer to be applied in cultivated bands without disturbing the alternate soil strips. For situations where greater primary tillage, soil cultivation and residue management are required, the deal is completed by three Case IH Ecolo-Tiger 875 disk/tine cultivators.

“With the latest developments in the Case IH product line, such as the Steiger AFS Connect tractors, plus well-proven equipment such as the Nutri-Tiller applicators and Ecolo-Tiger disk/tine cultivators, we were happy to continue our long-term relationship with Case IH as our key machinery supplier and place an order of this size,” says Vladimir Dovbnia, general manager of UkrAgro NPK.

Ukraine is well-known for its large agricultural businesses and the size of its land bank, points out Yuri Yegorov, Case IH business director for Ukraine.

“With our range of farm equipment, particularly high-horsepower tractors, sprayers and other equipment, Case IH has the ideal product offering to support such companies. This is, however, the first time we have concluded such a large deal of multiple machine types with a service business rather than a farming company. This agreement opens a new market for Case IH in Ukraine.”
