Operating Status and Notices

As of Sunday, February 13, 2022, the Department of State has suspended consular services at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and issued a travel advisory.

Trade Remedy Updates

Commerce has assessed the circumstances of current antidumping duty (AD) cases involving products from Ukraine and has tolled (i.e., paused) all activities and deadlines for a period of 90 days effective immediately, and subject to further tolling as warranted.

There are currently three active (AD) proceedings:

  • an AD investigation on raw honey;
  • an administrative review of Commerce’s AD order on oil country tubular goods (covering the 2019/2020 period); and
  • an AD suspension agreement on certain cut-to-length plate.
