USAID is ramping up humanitarian assistance to help people affected by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Their Center for International Disaster Information site offers reputable relief organizations that need donations and resources for would-be disaster volunteers.
Operating Status and Notices
As of Sunday, February 13, 2022, the Department of State has suspended consular services at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and issued a travel advisory.
As of Thursday, February 24, the U.S. Commercial Service has also suspended its virtual services and business counseling responses may be delayed until further notice. Visit the U.S. Embassy website for updates.

Trade Remedy Updates
Commerce has assessed the circumstances of current antidumping duty (AD) cases involving products from Ukraine and has tolled (i.e., paused) all activities and deadlines for a period of 90 days effective immediately, and subject to further tolling as warranted.
There are currently three active (AD) proceedings:
- an AD investigation on raw honey;
- an administrative review of Commerce’s AD order on oil country tubular goods (covering the 2019/2020 period); and
- an AD suspension agreement on certain cut-to-length plate.
