Holodomor, the artificial famine by Stalin regime against people of Ukraine was one of the largest coverups in history. There was almost no visual or graphic artwork available about Holodomor during the Soviet era. But courageous Ukrainian artists could not be silent! They spoke the truth with their posters, paintings, and carvings to express their feelings about massive destruction of life in Ukraine.

During the 1995-2000 Morgan Williams, the President of U.S.-Ukraine Business Council searched hundreds of studios and put together the world’s largest collection of artworks about Holodomor.
