On May 16, 2013 Arzinger Academy held a business breakfast dedicated tosyndicated lending within its project Legal Days. Speakers were lawyers ofArzinger’s banking practice Counsel Oleksander Plotnikov and AssociateOleksander Zadorozhnyy.

A syndicated facility is a loan given by a group of creditors which is structured,organized and administrated by one or several commercial or investment banks.

During the event the participants were presented a detailed overview of thesyndicated lending market, described the agreement structure involving asyndicated loan, the parties to such agreements and their functions. Also, thebusiness breakfast participants were told about the documents required, thestages of transactions as well as the nuances of taxation in syndicatedlending.

During the event, the participants could ask questions to lawyers ofArzinger and share their experiences and views on the subject.
