Participation in the conference is free of charge, but admission is by registration only.

The merger of the tax and customs services under the Ministry of Revenues and Duties’ umbrella, the introduction of transfer pricing legislation, and the new criminal procedure legislation are new challenges to the business environment in Ukraine. The development of Alternative Tax Dispute Resolution practices is another aspect of this new reality and suggests a potential alternative to extended litigation as a response to disputable claims of the tax authorities.
