VKP's Partner Oksana Voynarovska Speaks at the Future Wealth Kiev Conference

On May 23, 2013, Oksana Voynarovska, Partner and Head of Private Clients Practice Group at Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm gave a presentation at the Future Wealth KievConference organized by IDNT (Ukraine) with the support of Scorpio Partnership (UK), Private Banking Club (Ukraine) and UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group. This conference brought together professionals who specialize in servicing large private capital from the UK, Ukraine, Russia and other countries.
The most important topics reviewed by event participants during presentations and panel discussions included:
- The strategy of developing the industry of private wealth management in Ukraine and CIS countries.
- The most effective ways of providing services to wealthy clients.
- Basic mechanisms of attracting and servicing wealthy clients, staff training and organizing the work of bank services.
- Monitoring the changes in client priorities and values, creating new products.
In her report Mrs Voynarovska focused on the familial and marital aspects of capital protection and reviewed the main mechanisms designed to protect the assets before and during a marriage. She also analysed the process of protecting heir capital.
At the conclusion of the conference Oksana said: “In recent years Private Banking & Wealth Management in general, and servicing large private capital in particular have been gaining momentum in Ukraine and CIS countries. Such events allow professionals to find out what it truly takes to ensure the qualitative development of this sector, while providing a comprehensive review of various approaches, international practices and the psychology of servicing wealthy clients".
