Bush Institute, Dallas, Texas, Washington, Kyiv, Moscow, Brussels” on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 10 am to 11:15 am EST (5pm -6:15 pm EET) in Zoom. David Kramer recently taught at Florida International University and previously served as President of Freedom House and as U.S. States Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the Department of State. He serves as a Senior Advisor to U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). He has written a considerable number of op-ed's about Ukraine published by major news outlets and been a speaker at many conferences and meetings regarding Ukraine.
