The next step in the process of digitization will be a digital image of biometric passports of a citizen of Ukraine - an ID-card and a foreign passport” - said UNIT General Manager, Dmytro Klyashtorny.  

IMPLEMENTED OPTION OF PURCHASING TICKETS WITH COMPLEX ITINERARY

Within the last years UNIT implemented the option of purchasing of tickets with complex itinerary, which permits to user to plan the trip with changes if no direct itinerary is available. In 2018, the company developed and transferred the software for technological AWS to be used in the environment of Web-portal of ACS of passenger service of Ukrzaliznytsya. 

In 2019 UNIT implemented the option of purchasing of special rate tickets via booking.uz.gov.ua for people with disabilities with following online confirmation of validity of document, confirming the right to benefits with help of special database of Ministry of social policy.

“In 2020 we have very ambitious plans to implement a list of software “Waiting list” for users of  booking.uz.gov.ua, software for creating a mechanism of purchasing the option of  vehicle shipment by car carrier for users of  booking.uz.gov.ua, software for online orders for group tours booking.uz.gov.ua and implement ability to purchase “single tickets” for railway transport, buses and airways via booking.uz.gov.ua. This is only part of our plans for 2020” - stressed UNIT General Manager, Dmytro Klyashtorny.
