The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) together with the People of Ukraine Foundation, invites you to join our collective efforts in seeking employment opportunities for wounded veterans of Ukraine.

The purpose of this campaign is to address the urgent need for meaningful employment opportunities for Ukrainian heroes who have sacrificed their well-being for their nation. Overlooking this issue impedes economic growth and strains the budget. Long-term veteran unemployment leads to social isolation, affects mental health, and contributes to veteran suicides. Stereotyping and stigmatization worsen their challenges.

Our initiative aims to promote workforce integration and foster a supportive, inclusive environment for Ukrainian veterans.

We are collaborating and look for partners to establish a Wounded Veteran Employment Office that will research job opportunities and training programs with the support of businesses in the US and Ukraine.

Please take a moment to participate in a critical survey regarding the support of wounded veterans of Ukraine.

Hiring wounded veterans provides businesses with several advantages, including an enhanced public image and reputation. By demonstrating social responsibility, companies can foster brand loyalty, generate positive word-of-mouth, and attract more customers and partners. Actively supporting wounded veterans can lead to a competitive advantage, developing closer working relationship with Ukrainian Government, setting businesses apart in crowded markets and influencing consumer purchasing decisions.
